Shipping Information

All shipments are delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be ready to ship within 14 days after purchase. All of our suits are hand made, please bare with us on timing!

Once your order has been shipped please keep an eye out for estimated delivery dates through the tracking number you receive. Once the suit arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that your package has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package. 

Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of the U.S may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of the ship date for a store credit or exchange. We do not distribute refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase in order to arrange an exchange or store credit. Please contact us at mineralmelange@gmail.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hrs.
